An Update From Mission Of Hope

Mission of Hope exists to bring life transformation to every man, woman, and child and the Lord has opened up doors for them to serve in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Recently, a story of a mother who lost her husband and has 6 children, all who are under the age of 15, was shared:

Jocelyne, a Haitian women now living in the DR, was in desperate need of help since the passing of her husband. She was left unemployed and disconnected. A local Pastor heard of her situation and connected with Mission of Hope to figure out ways best to serve this family in need. Jocelyne and her children’s physical needs were able to be met by providing them a stove, a propane tank, funds to help cover her rent, food, and hygiene kits. Most importantly - their spiritual needs were met by the Lord opening up a door for this family to get connected to a local church that was planted by an Haitian pastor. Today, Joselyn is employed, her children are in school receiving an education, and they are attending a local church where they have been able to find community and support in people who follow earnestly after Jesus.

Praise the Lord for His faithfulness and how uses His people to meet needs. Please continue to pray for the ministry of Mission of Hope.
