Volunteer Opportunities.

One of the best ways to support a ministry is through service! We partner with many ministries and organizations that have a wide array of volunteer opportunities. From manual labor to administrative work to mentorship to child care, you are sure to find a place for you. As Christians, we believe that the Holy Spirit gives each of us unique gifts and talents. It is our desire to help you find a place to serve that compliments how God created you! Below you can find just a sample of opportunities in our local WNY area.

  • Lockport CARES

    There are a wide variety of volunteer opportunities at Lockport CARES including cooking, cleaning, staffing the shelter and grounds keeping and maintenance. All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. For more information, please visit: https://lockportcares.org/volunteer/ .

  • Imagine Community Gardens

    Imagine Community Gardens has several locations all across WNY. Their growing season starts in late Spring and ends in October. Garden volunteers are needed throughout this time. For more information regarding garden locations and volunteer applications, visit: https://gardensbyicg.org/apply

  • Kingdom Bound

    In preparation for their large music festival, Kingdom Bound is recruiting volunteers to help with production, transportation, admission, security, ministry teams and more. There is a $10 fee to be a regular volunteer during their multi-day festival in July. Please go to this link to find out more and to apply: https://www.kingdombound.org/volunteer

  • The Teacher's Desk

    The Teacher’s Desk invites you to volunteer to help with opening, sorting, and packaging products, filling shopping carts and loading teachers’ cars with supplies, along with a variety of other tasks that change daily. To learn more, contact Christine Witten at volunteer@theteachersdesk.org.

  • Saving Grace Ministries

    Saving Grace Ministries has many volunteer opportunities at our various sites. Opportunities include labor, helping hands, tutoring, mentoring children, youth, and adults, along with Bible study participation, and community outreach.   • Project Mona's House

    Project Mona’s House has several open volunteer positions, including a volunteer lead position, on the out reach team and on the ‘hands on deck’ team. For more information and to sign up for an orientation, please visit: https://www.projectmonashouse.com/volunteer.

  • Hearts and Hands

    Hearts and Hands matches caring, reliable volunteers with older community members who have essential needs, like transportation, to ensure they can continue living independently.   • Total Breakthrough

    Total Breakthrough

    Total Breakthrough is always looking for prayer warriors to join their team! A Prayer Team volunteer calls or emails prayer requests individually. https://totalbreakthrough.org/prayer-team/
